Michelle’s ELICOS journey began in 2007 as the founder of an ELICOS provider registered under TEQSA. With extensive experience in ELICOS business, academic management, and compliance, she understands the sector's challenges and opportunities.
Michelle is also passionate about personal development and has authored two books (A Surge of Possibilities and Daily Affirmation for a Happier You), which are used in ESL classrooms to support English language learning and personal growth simultaneously.
