• Completion of a comprehensive business plan and related documentation

• Preparation of the ELICOS Initial Application (now replaced by the Self-Assessment as of 27 November 2023)

• Strategic advice for responding to ASQA inquiries

• Site audit

• Participation in ASQA audits

• Ongoing guidance to ensure a successful submission

The base fee does not include:

• Cost of ESL textbooks

• Cost of ASQA submission fee

• Completion of FVTA Tool by a relevant accountant and its cost

• Staff recruitment and its cost (ELICOS teachers, Academic Manager, Student Support and more.)

• Providing relevant facility and its documents (i.e. 9B certificate, lease agreement, sublease agreement, and facility fit-out etc.)

• Getting the delivery site ready.

• Travel cost of doing the site audit by the consultant (if applicable)
